tinkerlab.dev is served from a self-hosted stack on a Pop!_OS homeserver: a Forgejo git forge behind a Cloudflare Tunnel, a CouchDB + Garage data plane, a Calibre library, and a Claude Code toolkit that logs its own sessions. A proper write-up is coming — for now, the live services are pinned at the top of every page.
