I host my own software, raise my own LLMs, build small tools, and break things on purpose. This page is the workbench.

Most of what I do is small. I read. I take notes. I move things around. I write tiny tools to fit my own life and then sometimes share them. Lately I've been spending evenings teaching a small language model my own voice — not because the world needs another one, but because it turns out the exercise is mostly an excuse to read your own old writing carefully.

This site is built from src/, deployed via Cloudflare Pages, and updated when I have something to say. The source lives at forge.tinkerlab.dev/…/tinkerlab.dev-homepage.
